Helox AS of Norway, with a century of experience in the manufacture of waterproof fabrics, have rendered technical assistance in developing our range of PU coated breathable waterproof fabrics.

Our Specialty: State-Of-The-Art Technology
Our modern custom built plant, located in Indonesia, has machinary supplied by Stork Brabant BV of Holland and fully equipped laboratory for comprehensive testing of our products. In line with our commitment to the environment, a solvent incineration system has been incorporated in the design of our plant. Ours being a vertically integrated unit, the polyester substrates that we offer, are made entirely inhouse, right from the chemical to the dyed fabric,thus ensuring complete control over the product quality. Further the advantage of having our own weaving and dyeing facilities, equips us to be responsive to customer needs.

Wide Product Profile for Every Need
Our Product profile encompasses an exciting collection of polyester fabrics developed specifically for coating. Using the expertise and experience of our fibre, yarn and fabric development technologists we have engineered a range of fabrics for the industrial, sport and leisure market. With the application of a microporus or hydrophilic coating or a combination of both systems Texmaco can offer performance fabrics with superior water repellency, waterproofness and breathability. We can also offer a range of polyamide fabrics to complement our polyester based range of coated fabrics.

Texmaco evolved/pioneered manufacturing of moisture management fabric in the ASEAN/Asian region. Using the outstanding durability of spun and filament yarn products, we are able to create superior products from the base layer.
