1. TEXTILE TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL
– PEMALANG, CENTRAL JAVA
SK: 0536/103.02/PR/2000 ESTABLISHED IN 1997
Vision:
to develop qualified human recourses with orientation to the development
of science and technology based on ethic and discipline.
Mission:
to educate prospective experts in textile industry to be a qualified,
creative, well behaved and devoted person in order to a better future.
Aim:
to create professionals with global perspectives.
Education system:
“Link & Match” program which is part of the “Dual
System” education.
Curriculum :
- Applied the 1999 curriculum
- The teaching method is held and integrated with Standard Operating
Procedure set by
Texmaco Group and the Internal Curriculum Committee
of the National Education Ministry.
Education program:
- Each student is required to undertake industrial apprenticeship
program within and outside the Texmaco Group to broaden the perspective
and knowledge.
- Each student is required to undertake extra curricular activities
including computer, English course, sport and other activities which
are part of the education system of the Texmaco Technical High School
Pemalang.

1. Age maximum 17 years.
2. Physically and mentally health.
3. Original and legalized copies of educational certificates and
other supporting documents.
4. Self pictures (4 pieces).
5. Pay Registration fee.
6. Registration to the SMK office personally, wearing junior high-school
uniform
Graduates:
A total of 141 students of the first class in 1999/2000 have graduated.
A total of 1.42 percent have won scholarship to continue to their
studies, 26.27 percent continued their studies, 43.97 percent got
jobs within the Texmaco Group, and 28.37 percent worked at other
companies.

2. TEXMACO TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL

ESTABLISHED IN 1997
Vision:
to become the best educational institute and a center of other technical
high school in INDONESIA upon our innovation, dedication, teamwork
and ability to create opportunities.
Mission:
to prepare professional human resources who are devoted and characterized
especially for Texmaco Group and other related industries.
Aim:
to create professionals with global prospective.
Education system:
“Link & match” system that includes the “Double
Education” system: 40% at classrooms and 60% apprenticeship
within Texmaco Group that is certified with ISO 9002
Education program:
1. Yarn Waving Technology: Preparing students to become engineers
in filament yarn
waving. The graduates are required for mastering
the technology in the chemical process
of producing innovative,
high quality, value added yarns, including polymerization,
polymer
waving and texture creation.
2. Electronics Industry Technology: Preparing students to become
competence in
instrumentation and electronics control, which are
very important in today’s
manufacturing. The graduates are
required to master the knowledge of fabrication,
controlling, quality
and component implementation or electronics networks in a textile
production process as well as other electronic devices.
3. Iron casting and moulding technology: Preparing students to be
able to create pattern
and stamps, casting and moulding liquid metal,
to dissolve and cut liquid metal, manually
or by machines.
Scholars:
includes bachelor and master from various background, capable in
each subjects. There are both of permanent and honorary in lecturer,
as well as other instructors from the Texmaco Group.

TEXMACO POLYTECHNIC OF MANUFACTURING (POLMATEX) -
KARAWANG
“Polmatex is a three-years program open for public”
Vision:
to become the only polytechnic that produces qualified and trained
graduates with ability and capability in manufacturing.
Mission:
to improve human resources in perspective, analytical capability
and applied management.
Education system :
“Link & Match” system. With Dual system approach
that is 35% theory in class and 65% on job training at Perkasa Group,
Karawang.
